Definition of progression date

Hi all,

 

Curious as to what others have used as the definition of a progression date?

We appear to have swung between using the date the scan was performed (which first showed progression) and the date the scan was clinically assessed, e.g. the subsequent MDT where the scan was assessed and progression confirmed.
