Each year at our annual quality review meeting we set our KPIs and metrics for the next 12 months. We then measure our performance as a CTU against these. However it would be useful to know what types of KPIs other CTUs set for themselves and how these are measured. Would any CTUs be willing to share their KPIs/metrics with us?
