Hi all
I was hoping to get an understanding of audit programmes at other CTUs, as we are currently updating our strategy.
Would anyone be willing to share some details of their audit programmes? We are considering how best to manage this and wondered whether CTUs audit all procedures (e.g. one audit within the SOP review period across all SOPs), or just audit trials/ select procedures based on risk etc.
Any details would be of real interest- many thanks!
