We were wondering what documentation you have to record data cleaning in your unit? We have a Data Management Plan and Data Validation Plan which say what we plan to do. We also have the record of data queries, audit trail etc from MACRO which shows what we have done, relating to problems.
Do you have systems to record that you have routinely checked data, but not found any problems?
