    These forums should be used for:

    • Vacancies which are wholly or partially based within registered CTUs only. If you are not sure whether your vacancy qualifies please contact the Secretariat on regctus@leeds.ac.uk.

    Rules for posting a job vacancy:

    • To post a vacancy on to the Forum you need to hold an active Forum account.  Information on how to register for an account is given below.
    • Sections have been set up on the Jobs’ Forum for IS/IT, QA, Statistics, and Other/General vacancies.
    • You should use the section with the heading which is most appropriate to the vacancy which you are advertising.  If you cannot find an appropriate section for the vacancy you wish to post please email the Secretariat.
    • You should include the following information in the post header: [JOB TITLE] – [JOB GRADE] –[DEADLINE] (e.g. Analyst Programmer – Grade 7 – Deadline: 31 March 2018)
    • Posts should include:
      • A copy of the full job advert and/or
      • The key details of the post (job title, grade, salary range, CTU/Location, deadline & a link to the full advert/application site)
      • Appropriate contact information
      • A job description can also be uploaded in pdf format.
    • CTUs should note that the Secretariat is not responsible for uploading, amending, or monitoring the vacancy in any way.  Postings should be checked regularly to see whether comments or queries have been added.  We also recommend that you sign up for Forum updates.
