Clinical Trials Manager –NHS Band 6 – Deadline: 30 October 2018
An opportunity has risen for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join Derby Clinical Trials Support Unit (Derby CTSU) as a Clinical Trials Manager.
The Clinical Trials Manager will ensure that research projects are managed in line with the relevant legislation and regulations, research governance policies, requirements of relevant Sponsors and research funders within frameworks of governance and to maintain the day-to-day management of trials.
The Clinical Trials Manager will work closely with other members of the team including statisticians, data managers and administrators, under the guidance of the Head of Clinical Trials and Research Governance.
The responsibilities of the post include the efficient set-up and delivery of trials, ensuring timely accrual and the collection of high quality data and samples.
Derby Clinical Trials Unit is part of University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Trust and has provisional registration with the UKCRC Clinical Trials Network.
