    Hi all,

Ahead of our forthcoming MHRA inspection, we are grappling with the thorny issue of trial-related correspondence …. e.g. what emails to print and file, etc.  Any general guidance/advice/rules of thumb most welcome.  (n.b. We don’t hold TMFs as we are not a sponsor.)

    Thanks,

    Jennifer

Hi, I am of no help unfortunately, but very interested in this too. My colleagues recently attended an MHRA presentation which advised AGAINST printing of emails because they are untrustworthy (i.e. can be edited before printing etc) and so I am trying to work out what we are supposed to do instead, or what they advise!

    Kind regards,
