Posted just in case you are not aware;
MHRA have announced that eSUSAR is to come to an end at the end of September 2022. There is a highlighted message on the front of the initial screen detailing the move to ICSR submissions.
Myself and colleagues have been ‘deactivated’ from ICSR through lack of use and are in the queue waiting for a response from the email contact(s) suggested. If you would need to use ICSR Submission and haven’t yet tried to access, I suggest you do this asap.
