Exeter CTU Trial Manager/PDRF or Trial Coordinator/Graduate Research Assist
Salary: The starting salary will be from £27,511 on Grade E for GRA, or £35,845 on Grade F for PDRF, depending on qualifications and experience.
Hours: This externally funded part time (0.6FTE) post is available from 1st June 2021 on a fixed term basis for 12 months. We also welcome applicants wanting to be considered for full-time hours.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher or Trial Manager to manage multi-centre, international research projects, covering a variety of clinical conditions. The post holder will have a pivotal role in helping to plan, co-ordinate and complete trials and will work directly with the Chief Investigators and the CTU Senior Trials Manager.
The successful applicant will be able to develop research objectives, projects and proposals; identify sources of research funding and contribute to the process of securing funds and make presentations at conferences, prepare reports and publications.
Applicants for the Trial Manager role will possess a relevant PhD or equivalent qualification/experience in a related field of study. The successful applicant will be a nationally recognised authority in Clinical Research and possess sufficient specialist knowledge in the discipline to develop research programmes and methodologies. The successful applicant will also be able to work collaboratively, supervise the work of others and act as team leader as required.
Applicants for the Trial Coordinator role will possess a first degree level in a related field of study and have experience of collecting data for clinical research.
