Good Morning,
I am currently planning a validation of a cloud hosted electronic data capture system. The GxP Risk assessment that has been used previously does not really accommodate for cloud hosted systems where the validation effort may be partial, (i.e. combination of vendor and client validation activities). I wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with this or has a risk assessment template that has worked well for this type of situation?
