Managing CI/CTU contracts – advice requested

Dear all,

We are looking for some advice on managing the complexities of the CI/CTU contract, ideally from a CTU that is based within a university that does not have a joint NHS hospital/joint NHS R&D office and is therefore used to dealing with the process for themselves.  If you would be prepared to speak to me informally I would be very grateful if you could email me at a.michael@surrey.ac.uk to arrange a suitable time.
