Swansea Trials Unit – Swansea University plans to migrate the Exchange server in the cloud ( Office 365) therefore our CTU emails will be stored on to the MS servers; physical location of the cloud Exchange Server will be within EU.
My question is if there are regulations to specify that the emails should be stored/managed on premises for UKCRC Clinical Trials Units?
Has any other CTU experienced this issue?
Any advice on the matter is appreciated.
