Hi,
We were wondering what systems other CTU’s employ to check whether any toxicities reported via the CRFs are potential SAEs (for example your protocol might define grade 3 toxicities of a certain nature as an SAE).
How do you ensure that you meet day 0 for expedited reporting of any SAEs that get picked by this cross check?
