Hi All,
I was hoping for some advice around vendor audit when the vendor is a large, commercial organisation. Does it have to be an on-site audit of their facility or is it possible to do a form of remote audit? Also, should geographical location even be a factor when it comes to vendor audit?
At this moment in time I’m thinking specifically of our hosted commercial eCRF system, MACRO, from InferMed/Elsevier. If anyone has conducted an audit of InferMed/Elsevier it would be really useful to know what you did.
