Group Remit
The International Trials Group is committed to improving the conduct of academic clinical research undertaken in collaboration with researchers and sites overseas.
Using the expertise of its members, the group will:
- Identify common challenges.
- Share knowledge and guidance.
- Work to develop practical solutions to improve the conduct of international non-commercial research.
Ongoing Work
The group is prioritising the development of top-level guidance to raise awareness of potential challenges and considerations in international collaborations, building on work already done in the network and elsewhere. They are also looking at what can be done to help with CTUs and capacity building at remote international locations.
