Group Remit
Patient and public involvement and engagement in the design and planning of research improves the quality and relevance of clinical research. Through this group CTUs work collaboratively to develop and share best practice and make the best use of resources available. This group will help member CTUs to effectively engage patients and the public.
Ongoing Work
The group is currently focussing on identifying training needs for research and trial team staff working with patients and public contributors.
