Following a consultation by the Insurance Task & Finish Group, a number of CTUs agreed to share information on the wording they currently included in their Patient Information Sheets in respect of insurance provision. The responses can be found in the attached document and the posts below. It is hoped that these will prove helpful to Sponsors and trialists in developing their own Patient Information Sheets.
